We’re having my wife’s parents over for dinner, and we are trying to make sure that is nice. My wife comes from a very well-to-do family, and she and her family are accustomed to having things done a certain way. Now me I am just a kid who grew up in the city, and I have no feeling one way or another about etiquette. For me it does not matter what for to eat your salad with, what fork you eat your desert with all that matters to me is that it is a fork, and when I stick in something it picks it up. That is not how it is though with my wife’s family, for them everything has to be exactly right, and if there is just one little detail that is out of kilter they notice it and they will bring to your attention. For that reason my wife and I are working very hard to try to find a Vintage Port that we can use when we serve dessert for this meal with my wife’s parents
There are some differences between mixed drinks and cocktails. If you have ever attended a Happy Hour, the servers will be quick to explain the differences to you. Mixed drinks are typically two ingredients: one that is alcohol and one that is not. Examples include gin and tonic, rum and cola and tequila and orange juice. These combinations are up to you but all fall into the category.
It is common for a happy hour to offer what they call two for one well drinks. This means that you will get two shots of a well liquor (their lowest or cheapest brand) for the price of one. You will be able to get these two shots served separately into two different glasses and can turn it into a mixed drink at no extra cost. You can also decide to get mixed drinks served as one drink in a tall glass with both shots added inside at the same time. This helps you to enjoy the drink and not have to remember to ask for your “free” one.
I really need to figure out how I can get out of the DUI charge because last weekend I was charged with DUI and I was taken to the drunk tank with a question means for several different hours. I do not like the fact that I was arrested and I even called a san diego criminal lawyers the next day to figure out what my options are for getting rid of these charges once and for all. I’ve been arrested before but the last five years I have not been arrested for anything so I think that I should be able to get off on good behavior. I have really good behavior and I have not been arrested a very long time so this is why the judge should decide to drop the charges and I know that the district attorney is going to consider dropping the charges once he sees that I do not have a criminal record for any past bad behavior. I really hope that I can start to figure out what is going on in my life because every time I turn around seems like I get in trouble with the law or have to pay a big fine or something like that.
